Abstract: A simple relativistic field model with the analytic confinement of the "constituent" and "carrier" particles is considered to investigate the basic dynamic properties of the two-particle bound states. As a result, the final bound states ("mesons") are stable, their masses are larger than the sum of the constituent particle masses and the Regge trajectories of "mesonic" orbital excitations are asymptotically linear.
