Abstract: QED radiative correction to muon width is calculated in leading and next-toleading approximations using the factorization hypothesis. QED and QCD radiativecorrections are calculated for b → clν l quark decay. The QCD correction inc-quark jet averaged experimental setup is finite at zero c-quark mass and havethe same order as the QED correction in leading logarithmical approximations.
